I threw some potato peels in the sink and ran it through my garbage diaposal and now,the garbage diaposal sounds like it's working,when you turn it on it sounds fine and sucks the water down,but then it throws all the water back,I have used the wrench for about 2 hours cranking it back and forth and tried resetting it,I even took apart some of the pipes to see if I can get the blockage,and I saw nothing,can someone please help.

Sounds like you have a blockage further down the line. Do you feel comfortable augering the kitchen sink drain line? Do you know if there is a dedicated vent exiting the roof for your sink. If there is, you may be able to auger from there.

You have blockage in the horizontal drain line in the wall, remove the "J" bend from the trap and send a snake up into the wall, you will hit a bend about 8 inches in but once around that you only have to put out 5 feet more, see the image below, good luck.

Great info from John. Do this first and see if your problem is solved. If not, you may have a blockage in the vertical drain, and will need to snake further. Good luck and please let us know how things work out.
