    Installing toilet flange
Hello, I am installiing a new toilet and was wondering when I go to mount the toilet flange should I screw it to the sub flooring or cut out a spacer plate to raise it up flush to the tile? The tile isn't down yet. I wanted to see what should be done about the flange first.. Thanks for the help..
