How do you resubmit a motion for plaintiff to comply with a court rule?
I live the state of MO and I submitted a request for the plaintiff to comply with a court rule, 55.22 regarding the execution of a written instrument. However, I should have used court rule 55.23 instead. How do I resubmit the correct information to the court?

You entitle the Motion Scrivener's Error and proceed to inform the Court that you made an error and the correct Court rule is 55.23. Attach a copy of the incorrect Motion to your revised motion.

Then you need to do a Motion for Hearing on your Motion for Request for Plaintiff to Comply with Court Rule 55.23.
