    I have an 1930's german stradivarius reproduction,not in great shape wondering its worth?

    By not being in great shape, what do you mean, please? Also, how do you know that it's from the 1930's and what kind of instrument from the violin family of instruments is it?

    I showed it to a neighbor years ago who played one.he said that they mass produced them in the 30's in germany and stuck paper tags in them that said stradivarius in them.which this has.the finish is pretty well worn and said something had to be done with the neck.as far as family goes I have no clue.

    Does it have any cracks on the "belly", or front or back of it? Also, is there a bow and case for it?

    There are no cracks,the bow is broke in half there is mother of pearl on it.the case is wood with black finish and red velvet in side.

    Would you be able to post images of the front and back of it here? The types of wood out of which it's made, does affect the possible monetary value of it.

    I don't have the capableity at this time.it has a tiger type grain but has a seam down the center of the back.
