I have a cold and my throat is sore. I have a spray like cloroseptic but was wondering what would be better

I prefer honey and lemon. I take maybe half a cup of hot water, mix a ton of honey into it, and maybe a tsp or two of lemon juice. There's also a lot of tea's that are good for your throat. There's some specifically for your throat, like throat coat and yogi makes some for colds. But usually anything nice and hot will help me.

The yogi tea sounds good- I seen all the cool types of teas- my wife buys some for certain ailments- never knew they made f=one for tea- I may go buys some now so I can have it bedfore I go to bed- thanks JC55

Here is a home remedy, I am 11 and this works for me my brother and my mum as latley our throats have been really soar and have all had chest infections.All you do it boil some water in a cup then add 3 loaded TBS of honey into the water and 2 TBS of lemon it can be fresh or from a bottle mix it all up and the lemon will kill bacteria and the honey will sooth. Hope this helped.For now or for next time.
