I am looking for a recording of my mother playing the accordion
My mother grew up in Rigby, Idaho. She played the accordion very well. One day her father called her from work and told her to bring her accordion to town. There was a man with recording equipment in the Eckersell Furniture store who make recordings. She thinks it was in spring or summer in the 1940's. She remembers going to the back of the store and playing her song. He gave her a recorded disk about the size of an old 45. Her original disk was destroyed and we would like to give her one if we could find it.

Was there a name of the song she had played ?

Its really hard to go with just the info provided. It might be found as a MP3 somewhere. Was the man from a record company ?
