    How to file if my husband has no ssn but I am a u.s. citizen
    I want to know how to file my tax return, I am married have 2 children but my husband does not have a social security # and didn't have any income.

    If you file taxes as "married & file jointly"... he must fill form W-9 and submit with your tax forms. W-7 is application for ITIN.
