Hi Truckin... A bad seat or a bad washer and/or cartridge... ;) Shut off the water supply to the faucet and pull the cartridge assemblies. Take them to home depot and get replacement parts. Replace them and see how all works out. Let us know if you want to discuss more... ok? MARK |
