    Can I use clotrimazole when I have a lump near my vagina
    I have developed a lump near my vagina and its getting bigger its embrassing I can't even have sex with my boyfriend so can I use clotrimazole cream to treat it

    No, clotrimozole is an anti fungal, not an anti lump. Yeast infections do not cause lumps to grow "getting bigger". You should be seen by a doctor.
