    Denial of access and I think my child is not being taken care of
    My ex boyfriend has intrerim order in B.C my child was born and raised with me in Alberta he is not on the birth certificate and took my child to B.C and never brought her back we went to court and he was granted interim and I was granted access and visitation rights its been 4 years since I have seen my daughter because he always has an excuse of he can't afford to bring her to my provence even though we are to split cost ido get to talk to her on the phone and she is always saying she wants to come back home here with me to live she is 8 now and I want to know if I go to B.C and take her what will happen is there a possession is 9/10ths of the law thing so I can keep her and make him have to come here to fight for her even though I know he won't?

    If you do that, you will go to jail. It is called parental kidnapping. Go back to court, he is violating the visitation order, he can, and most likely will, be held in contempt of court.
