    Meu amigo começou um cartão Portuguese do ID que pagasse para e não o fizesse através do Consulate Portuguese. Eu gostaria de saber se fosse permitida trabalhar com ele them Londres.     And for those that don't speak Portuguese, here's what it says:
    My friend started a Portuguese card of the ID that paid for and it did not make it through the Consulate Portuguese. I would like to know if he was allowed to work with it in London.
