    What is the best way to cancel H1b visa with a corrupt company, no pay, no work,
    My friend is in trouble with the H1b company, without work or pay, they just trying get money to pay tax, all this sounds pernicious and criminal completely different from what was promised, they made her leave a good job offer from a different company.

    She wants to cancel he H1b before things go worse, what is the best way to cancel H1b visa with the corrupt company ? Had no idea such crooks are allowed in this country, could one of you please help..

    She does not have enough money to hire lawyers and the company owner seems like evil person who has been exploiting several other candidates, what shall we do about this before more innocent people become victims?

    Your help will be much appreciated...

    Report this issue to Department of Labor and USCIS. Submit copies of evidences she has.
