    Mold elimination
There is mold on 1 wall caused by a roof leak. There is also insulation in the wall. Before I call a mold elimation co, I wanted to be more knowledgeable myself so I will know what to expect.

What do elimationation compainies do to remove the mold besides maybe wipe the walls clean.

    Any info will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

They may (most likely) recommend that the drywall be removed and the insulation be replaced. It's almost impossible to get rid of mold after drywall has been wet for more than 24 hrs without treatment.

Removal would be done similar to asbestos removal with positive pressure to avoid contamination.

They have ozone generators that can be used to remove residual mold spores.

They have the ability to determine how far the infiltration has gotten like the HVAC system.

    See how this can spiral?
