    How do u know how much you will get back from taxes
    I claimed 2 and I made 41K and I paid 5k in fed n 3 in state?

    When you factor in the Child Tax Credit (probably $2,000 since you are the custodial parent), plus claiming Head of Household (assume they both live with you), plus the Earned Income Credit, your refund should exceed $5,000.
