    Living in germany and gambling winning in the us do I pay tax
    Hi I live in Germany (US Citizen) and have gambling winning in the US, now the IRS wants me to file a tay return. Do I have to do this?

    If you had ANY income from ANY source world-wide over a certain amount, you are required to file a U.S. tax return by virtue of the fact that you are a U.S. citizen.
