I am being sued by a collection agency and the court wants to know If I contest?
I have been served papers to be sued. The court says I need to submit a letter in writing to contest, not sure how to do that. If I don't contest what will happen?

The other side wins automatically if you don't contest, and they will get a judgement normally by default since you are not objecting and not going to appear.
