    Pitbullworms
I have been taking my pit to the vet since I've had him he is 3mos he has been with me since 6wk. My problem is the dr.always say he is giving him deworm meds,so I really can't see how he now has the worm and what do I give him.Since having this puppy is been one expense after another I reaaly have grown to love the little fellow but I now feel like its getting to be too much and does this type always have medical problem. Worms are parasites and not a general health problem. If he is reinfecting he is getting them from somewhere - have you cleaned the yard? Does he eat dirt?

And, yes, maintaining dogs in good health can be expensive. Breeds with congenital problems can be more expensive. Worms are not an "inherited" ailment.

Ask your Vet why the puppy is "always" being dewormed. Is this outside of the normal puppy worming or is this what the Vet normally recommends/prescribes?
