    Finished bankruptsy 2009 can guarantour sue me for personal costs
    It was family relations that are guarantor
    Husband now discharged bankrupt 2009 was bankrupt for 3 years
    Guarantor has bought property the guarantored
    They previously owned this property out right and needed some money the asked my now husband to buy into the property to fix there financial problem
