    Fresh air/recirculate controller
    I have a 1994 Chevy 2500 Cheyenne 5.7L 2WD
I'm getting a clicking/popping noise from under my dash (pass. Side near firewall) for about 20 sec. when I turn the ignition switch on or off! I think it's the fresh air blend/recirculate door controller.
Does anyone have a diagram or schematic that will help me locate the controller & what's needed to get at it!

Well I managed to locate it & I was able to disconnect the plug that powers it so at least the unit isn't trying to run each time the key is turned on or off.
I still haven't figured out how to get at the screws to replace it yet! It might be easier to remove the blower motor first?

Access is at your discretion. What is in your way is in your way. Just remember, everything you take off needs to go back on then the exact opposite order or things may not all fit.
The screws are tiny, usually Torx head. Don't lose them.
