    80's-90's children's movie about a penguin
    I used to own this movie on vhs when I was a kid, it's animated and the main character is a penguin who flies around the world in a hot air balloon. I remember a scene with sand dunes and another in the jungle. I don't think there was much dialogue. If anyone can help me find the name I'd really appreciate it!
