    The resistor is screwed to the bottom or side of the blower motor.

    That should be behind your glove box.
    Open it, squeeze the sides in and lower it to gain access to the screws... probably won't have to take it all the way out.

    Use the attached pdf to check for continuity

    If your handy, and they fit you could solder in new ones.
    Keep the resistance values the same, just buy higher wattage resistors.

    The amperage that the blower pulls, should be stamped on the motor. I imagine you will need quite heavy duty resistors around 50 watt capability.

    If not handy, and depending on the year, part runs between $40 - $80 USD
