Air bag light on

I have a 2004 Honda Civic EX.How can I reset the air bag light without going to Honda dealer for costly reset?

Since installing a new Navigation DVD into my car the Air Bag Warning Light keeps blinking on the dash. I tried taking the negative battery terminal off for 30 minutes and that seemed to work for about 2 days. Now it stays blinking. Any suggestions?:mad:

My 97 ford ranger doesn't have a air bag "off" switch, so when I want to take my 4 month-old with me I pulled the fuse under the hood. The light stayed on and blinked but I thought when I put the fuse back it would be back to normal. Not So! The light blinks 5 times then 2 times and does 4 cycles...
