    Some questions first Ginger.

    What exactly are you responsible to do:

    Clean carpets?

    Any VCT to finish?

    Do you have to clean the windows? (in & out and scrape off stickers?)

    Any other hard floor surfaces that you have to clean? (marble, slate, etc?)

    What is the time factor? (How long do you have to do the cleanup?)

    Is this the final clean? Or will there be large pieces of trash to be thrown away? (If so, who will dispose of this and will there be a dumpster provided?)
