    Fill in your handwriting or you need a software for filling 1009 form.
    Some tax software will let you do this.

    There are commercially-available software packages to complete the Forms 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, W-s and the transmitytal Forms 1096 and W-3.

    You can get this software if you purchase the Form 1099 or W-2 packets from the office supply stores like Office Max, Office Depot and Staples.
