    Whirlpool Electric Dryer
    I have a Whirlpool electric dryer that won't heat. Checking the heating element with ohm meter reads zero ohms. All connections to heatingf element have power. Any help ?

    Do a voltae check across the leads of the element while its energized. If you read 220 volts on the element and it won't heat, then the element is bad.

    Checking for 110 volts to ground or neutural will give you an bad reading, as the voltage can read through the element.
