It was finalized in Ohio. And there is nothing in the decree about custody or visitation she completely screwed me and she is receiving my income tax from an arrearage of an child support order I knew nothing about till 2005, she is receiving my income tax check, claiming the children on her income tax, and my child support was raised after I told the courts that my wife of almost 3 years was laid-off and I am the only one working. I don't even know if the money I'm paying out every month is going to them. What can I do SCOTTGEM? I am so lost and angry for allowing this to happen:mad:

Well at least you realize you "allowed" it to happen.
When she moved out you should have filed for divorce ASAP. You might have gotten jurisdiction in VA. You should have gotten a lawyer to help you and maybe the attorney would have prevented your wife from getting the better of you in the divorce.
You need to go back to court and file for visitation. And support payments don't always include spousal income.

I live in Texas cause that is where I am from and when she left we were living in Texas. She could afford the lawyer cause she is the only grandchild and she gets whatever she wants from her grandparents. I've been through a lot these past 9 years and it is my fault that allowed her to do this to me, I was going to file for divorce first but her lawyer said I couldn't do it since the children are with her. I should have known it was a bunch of garbage. I thank you for the advice SCOTTGEM is there any other advice you can give this misguided maive fool?

As best as your memory servers you and also looking at your documents. Can you give a basic time line for when things did happen ?
Example. Lived in Texas until 10/06. Moved to Ohio and filed for divorce 11/06 etc. Just some kind of basic timeline. There may still be hope.
