    Hi, I am looking for Dissertation topic on HR for my research prosposal please help

    In what format are you required to submit your proposal, please?

    As you know, HR is a huge subject area and field of study. For brainstorming a possible topic, it would help if you would list the particular things that interest you the most about Human Resources.

    Well I am an MBA student and have to submit my proposal for the dissertation.

    What interest most is the recruitment process effectiveness, Workforce diversity management, Challenges of Employee rentention.

    Well I need to work on the topic which should be good and help to boost my information as well.

    Having been in the Recruitment industry for 15 years, an area that has fascinated me is around the use of references, and the effectiveness of them. Couple points to explore; Most candidates bias their references to find the best person they can to speak about them; many HR and non-HR people have no formally training on referencing; Does changes in the laws effect the use and effectiveness of references; lastly, does a company have any better retention or quality in the hires they make with references. I have my opinions but it would be great study.
