I'll give you a brief history. I dated this girl on and off for 5 years. We broke up 5 months ago; the longest we haven't spoken before. We blocked each other on AIM/Facebook/myspace. 2 months after the separation I unblocked her on everything and sent a sympathetic e-mail(sorry it didn't work out, maybe we can be friends one day, etc.) She never replied. Since December, she's blocked/unblocked me several times. She never messages me, nor do I her. The problem is, by looking at her profiles its bringing back past feelings, which I'm not liking very much. No evidence of a new boyfriend. Stuff on her profiles strongly suggests that she's trying to show me how much better she's doing. Its starting to get to me because I honestly don't know what to think at this point. I thought we were 100% done this time. I want to block her, but at the same time I don't. Part of me wants her back, the other doesn't. So you see my predicament? Why is she doing this? Make me jealous? To get my attention? Does she want me to message her? Or is it the same old head games she used to play? If anyone can shed some light on the situation, even the most minuscule amount, it would be greatly appreciated. As you can probably tell, I'm extremely confused about all this.

So every time you look at her profile it hurts you , it's pretty simple really , STOP IT.

She sounds like she's moved on and the only way for you to do the same is to not worry about what's she's up to now.

You know what? You need to block her again, then she can block and unblock you all she likes and you'll never KNOW!

The part of you that wants her back is nostalgia, but the thing is nostalgia brings on the rose tinted glasses and then you just can't see straight!

You broke up for a reason, you've gotten over the worst of it in my opinion and you now have the choice to either let it go or allow this to take another portion of your life.

New century, new you. Choose to look for someone that deserves you. Not someone that may or may not be looking back but is going to wait until you put your cards out if she is!
