    Can they do this
I rented a motel room in California for one night. The management said I was being loud and evicted me. I wanted a refund and they said I had to take it up with the office three days later. My question is can the motel evict me from my room without giving me a refund. What code section gives them the authority to throw me out without giving me my money back or what section says they can't do it?

Depends on where you live. In most places they can if you break the rules.

They rented you the room, you went in, because you were breaking the law ( destrubing the peace)

Yes, they can kick you out and not give you a refund in any state in the US.

Why would you ever expect to get your money back.

I would suggest you read the contract you sign in just about every hotel when you register. That contract gives them the right to evict you if you break the rules listed. And it usually specifies that no refund need to be tendered.
