    Noma 5-1-1 programmable thermostat
I have a gas fan forced furnace, and the default setting on the stat is C-3, can I change it to C-0 to keep the furnace from cycling too much. From what my book stat book says C-3 it cycles 5 times per hour, and if I go to C-0 it disables the cyclees per hour, and just goes by the temp setting. My thermostat is a NOMA.

Sure you can change it but you will have a much wider temperature swing and some people find that uncomfortable.
