    If the non custodial parent moves away from the custidial parent , who is responsible
    If in Florida the non custodial parent moves to another town still in state , who is responsible to transport the children for his visitation??

    Please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky in the Children forum (where this was moved from) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.

    If the NCP moves, it was their choice and they should be responsible.
