    Work pay credit
I am filing joint return with my spouse who is on H4 visa and hence does not have a SSN. I am filing 1040 EZ as a 'married filing jointly'. I have also applied for a W 7. I created my return on Tax Act and it generated a $ 800 in work pay credit. May I know if I am eligible for this $ 800 in work pay credit. Thanks.
