Why when water is off in shower does it still flows out?
WE recently took out the copper pipes because they kept bursting. Today they were replaced with cpvc pipes. When we turned the pump back on the water would not
Stop flowing through the shower pipe even when its off. Does that mean the on/off knob is broken?
Also we can't get hot water through the shower, but there is hot water in the sink.
