Well, actually you should be watching the sex right now. No, you can't be sewed up too tight, but there is still a lot of swelling going on in your vagina and the vaginal vault. The spotting is most likely due to the internal swelling the foreplay.

You need to wait for the go ahead from your OB before engaging in any form of sexual activity.

    Agree with J_9...

In addition, it can help, when you do engage in sex, that you have ample lubrication either through foreplay or products designed for that purpose. Some women do experience some dryness at first, which can result in too much friction causing some spotting. Breastfeeding mothers may find that the hormones associated with breastfeeding can make this a possibility as well.

Since it has been awhile since your last post, hopefully you have already had this checked out... especially if it was continuing.

There can be several possible causes. Had you already stopped having your postpartum bleeding/discharge prior to this happening? Any fever or pain at this time? Depending on the cause, it could be normal if short term as your body continues to adjust, or it could be something your doctor would want to check. Always best to have your doctor check things out since it is unusual for you.
