Good at drawing what do I do in college
Always been good at drawing since I was a kid. I'm now 21 and am doing a portfolio course but soon have to choose college courses and have no idea what ones to apply for. I was thinking animation but I hear it can be boring and repetitive and I am scared I will end up dropping out.

Take a class and see if you like it. That's the only way to know for sure. You could also look into illustration. If you're good with computers, you could also think about graphic design.

    Hi, mand88!

What sort of job experience and art experience have you already had in the past, please?

hheath541 has made some good suggestions to you. I would like to know more about your background. If you wouldn't mind sharing about that, it would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Thanks for your responses. I've done a short animation course in the past and enjoyed it. I done art throughout school, entered competitions and did work experience in galleries but only helping out so I haven't too much experience.. I enjoy doing print and like working with my hands also, wit clay and mod rock and the likes. I do think I'm strongest at drawing though and really enjoy it... what kind of course would you do for illustration work?

It all depends what your school offers. Take anything that interests you.

Is there an animation course available? Don't let others' opinions scare you off from that option if you really like it.

You can always continue to work in the other mediums on your own time.
