    Xmas outdoor lights
    Approx. How many strings of outdoor lights can you hang without blowing fuse?
    I have 8 strings of 18ft/300 lights strung, when I plug in the ninth
    String I blow a fuse.

    You mean your home breaker ( fuse box) or are you talking about that little fuse in the string of lights.

    Normally you can't do more than about 4 or 5 stings of light before it will take out the ittle fuse in the string of lights.

    I have 20 stands running off one outlet in my home
