    Judgments and bank accounts
    My Wife and I are involved in a law suit , we are the defendants, my name can be removed from the suit my wife can not be removed, should she lose in court and a judgment is entered against her, if I removed her name from the bank accounts will this protect me from them attaching it?

    Normally they won't look closer, but of course if she works, they can garnish her wages.

    But in some cases, on really big sums, they will look for her money, and sue if you are hiding her money under the names of others, They will sue that it is fraud in hiding her funds,

    But in most cases they don't go after it
