    Air Conditioner will not cool.
I recently moved into a condo with central air. The air worked great when we moved in this summer, but during the month of November it cooled off, so we turned off the AC. During that time a maintenance guy came by to replace the fluid or something (I'm sorry I can't remember what it was he was doing... ).

This week it has become very hot and very humid. This is compounded by the fact that we basically only have one room (kitchen attached to the living room) and the fridge/freezer and oven make things even hotter.

Now, when we turn the AC on, it sounds as if it is running. I can feel the air flow going into the small unit in my condo (through the filter) and I can feel it coming out of the vents, but it is not cold. Not at all. Outside are some larger units, each corresponding to a specific condo. The two beside ours are running (you can see the fan spin, they make lots of noise) but ours is not. I cannot get it to turn on.

I'm not sure what the maintenance guy might have done, but I'm thinking maybe he had something to do with this. I've checked all the circuits, and I'm fairly sure they're on. There are three of them (one by each unit, including the one outside and one in the circuit breaker). Is there anything else I can check or try to fix on my own? This weekend is probably going to be wet and hot, and it'll probably be a while before I can actually get a hold of a maint. Guy to get him to look at it.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Call the guy back that worked on it. He probably messed something up.
