Custody, In event both parents die.
I live in Pa. I/we have 3 children. Foolishly we have not gotten any kind of living will regarding our children's welfare in the event of both perishing together. For most of our years here, It was a mutual agreement that my mother would get my girls if that shoud happen. Now my wife's mother moved to Pa. as well. She has never really been in their lives till now, other thab the 5 days a yr. we stayed at her house every year. God forbid this happens before we get a will, who will have the better rights to taking care of my kids. I am adamant about not having my wife's mother raise them. Does she even have any rights? I mean she's only been around here now 4 months, where my mother has been around all their lives.
Please help me... with any advise until I get to a lawyer

Do you have any reason to think you both will pass in the next few months? If not, then hire an attorney and draft a will.

Well, no time than the present to get an attorney. Phone one on Monday and make an appointment.

With the help of an estate attorney, put together a will now. That should solve your problems.
