    You give him what the vet ordered. If he won't eat that, contact your vet again and get a new diet.

    Has the vet treated him for heart worms? If not, you know what to do next (psssstttt: go to the vet to get the dog treated for heart worms).

    Heartworms can be deadly, I do hope you have been to the vet and got treatment for him.

    There is no product available over the counter to treat established heart worms. Minor cases can be treated with heartworm PREVENTION, but it doesn't not always work.

    Try feeding some boiled chicken or hamburger meat with either rice or pasta, just something nice and bland but still appealing to the dog.

    Is he drinking OK?
