    House is in Florida, my aunts has the mortgage. How do I put my name on the title?
    I live in Florida and my aunt has the mortgage of the house in her name. How do I put my name on the title of the house?

    First you need to get your facts straight. Ownership of a piece of real estate is dependent on the deed, not the mortgage. So how is the deed recorded?

    Secondly, why are you entitled to ownership? Did your aunt sign for the mortgage because your credit was poor?

    Thirdly, is the mortgage paid off?
