    Stepmother restrains husband and his son from their home with a restraining order, slanders stepson, now judge wants to know about his characture.

    And husband files for divorce and requests stepmom be evicted as part of the divorce settlement?

    You get people that know them to testify in court. Business owner they work for, Local pastor of their church and so on
