    US citizenship
I am a permanent US resident and I am applying for my citizenship but there are 3 question on there that I'm not sure about. I have a misdeamor on my record and didn't probation , I am not sure if these questions should be yes or no.

1- have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?
2-Have you ever been charges with committing any crime or offense?
3- have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense?

Should I check yes or no to these questions?

What differences does it make if you know me or not, I stated above my case and I told you that I have a misdeamor on my record, I think that say it all you need to know and I also said that I did probation...

All I need to know is if I answer yes or no to the above ?'s

I don't know how you can expect us to tell you how to answer personal questions about yourself. Those questions have absolutely nothing to do with your past or present situation. I don't know if you have ever committed a crime, charged or convicted.

Why would you argue the point with complete strangers ?

Answer them any way you want to answer them. You are supposed to answer to the best of your ability without perjuring yourself.
