    I would like to ask about the possible causes of hepatosplenomegaly
    I would like to ask about the possible causes of hepatosplenomegaly in person with history of valve replacement operation 15 years ago now he is 40 years old... he did ultra sound 3 days ago.. the diagnosis is Cholelithiasis and hepatosplenomegaly

    There are many causes of an enlarged liver, the most common one being alcoholism. Your best source for the particular causes of this person's enlarged liver would be his physician. This is usually accompanied by an enlarged spleen.
