    How not to get hungry and get motivation for exercising
    Im a 12 yr old girl that weighs 182.4. IM really trying don't judge me please. Okay and I can't find an meal planners I don't want pills or anything please help

    You are at the beginning of puberty, so your body is changing as hormones are traveling throughout it. It would be best to make an appointment with your family doctor and get his help with finding a nutritionist to help you put together a life-changing meal plan.

    Meanwhile, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink at least 8 glasses of water, and walk as much as you can -- take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator, move your body instead of sitting in front of a computer, etc.
