I had a small water stain appear on my roof this winter and went up in the attic to find frozen condensation below the vent where both my water heater and my furnce exit the roof top. Do you have any suggestions on what could be causing this and how to rectify the situation.

I am adding a sink in a bathroom about 10 feet from the bath tub and will be tapping into the bath tub drain line. Since the sink drain is a standard hight above the floor and the drain is below the floor, do I need a dedicated vent for the new sink? Thanks.
