    Wage Garnishment and Tax returns?
I currently have a wage garnishment executed against me. They have been regularly taking money each pay check out. No bank account information has been in the garnishment or court order just the garnishment upon my employer. Can they garnish my income tax return check?

It's almost impossible BUT once the money hits the bank "they" can take it.
