I don't think I have keloid skin but my nose has been pierced for a month. I am using antibacterial soap and sea salt to clean it. I hit the piercing by mistake and a bump came on the outside of the piercing I. It went down but now it came back and it seems to be hard. What is it I need help?

This is most likely a keloid,speak to a dermatologist.
Or Go down to you local Pharmacy and find out if they can't help you.

You need to clean it more, you should be putting 1/8th tsp of seasalt for every 8oz of warm water, soak a cotton ball in the water and hold on your nose on both sides for a min or two, then do this 2 times a day for about... 3 months, you can then move the jewlery,
just remember that just because the peircing looks healed on the outside doesn't mean it is on the inside, piercings heal from the outside in, your local tattoo and piercing store and help you out as well...

p.s I've had 13 peircings and 2 tattoos done.. I've been through it all. Nose done twice
