    Hampton bay ceiling fans
    I purchased a Hampton Bay ceiling fan and during the time that I bought it home I need to have a replacemtment of the bulb dome and one fan arm because the are broken.

    How can I order a new attachment for the fan.

    Return the enitre package to Home Depot, it will not be their first returned HB fan

    You know what Stephanie, I have two suggestions. #1 Ask your boss if you can be here more than once or twice per week. There are many folks with HD questions who don't/won't wait a week for an answer. #2 Don't give your e-mail address. We answer and help folks on an open format so others can see and follow along. Let the poster ask you their question right here at AMHD. That is why we have allowed you to join so all can hear the answers..

    I tried contacting them via the email address, since TK suggested it in a sticky, and I got bounced from supposed Home Depot rep to supposed Home Depot rep, until they ultimately sent me to contact the manufacturer.

    OR, the manufacturer's numbers are in our sticky. Which is quicker and easier.
