    Movie Title
    Looking for an older movie not sure what year. I used to watch it when I lived in Europe. Not sure what country the movie was from most likely American. It is about two gangs. One of them seemed to be jocks with red and white Letterman jacker and the other was a street gang. One of the characters in the movie had his tongue cut off in jail.
